What do you like about Etsy?
I love the opportunity that Etsy gives to artists and crafters of all skill levels and business levels! It's a great way to grow your business or get started selling online. Etsy has done both for me.

What do you like about creating?
More like, what don't I like :-) ! I love creating something with my hands that another person will enjoy. And, the feeling of accomplishment that comes with making things by hand.

What do you love about your business?
I love passing on my creations. I love using quality materials and taking great care with each piece I create so that my children's accessories and toys can be passed down from child to child.

What is your favorite product right now?
My favorite product at this time is my fruits and veggies! They are so fun to make. And, I'm getting great feedback from customers about them! I love the colors and the natural texture of the wool.

What makes you unique at Etsy?
I can say that I have yet to see anyone else on Etsy making crocheted crowns! These are my best sellers and I think that is because they are unique to my shop.

What makes you unique as a woman?
It's obvious that in our society today that passing down crafts, and making things by hand is not as wide spread as it once was, in my great-grandmother's day for instance. I for one, would like to pass down as many handmade crafts to my children as possible. It is important to our culture to have unique, handmade things. And to be self sufficent, not depending on the local mall to supply you with all your clothes, toys and everything else that can really be made by hand!
I know that I am not soley unique in this opinion, but I know that there aren't many of us left in this generation.

What do you love about Kids?
Children are truely amazing. I am constantly amazed by my son's ability to figure out problems and his memory boggles my mind sometimes! And, I know that my son is not unique in this, all children are so inteligent and can really just amaze you if you really pay attention.

It releases the real me, allows me to experiment and makes other people happy too.

What do you love about your business?
I can do it at home, where I am most happy and at peace

What is your favorite product right now?
That's a hard one, but I'd have to say (right now) Christmas themed earrings. It's putting me in the mood for the holidays!

What makes you unique at Etsy?
I've been making jewelry outside of Etsy for a very long time and all of my pieces are made with strict attention to detail and quality both in materials and wormanship. My customers have returned to me over the years whenever they've needed a special gift for someone or when they've added children to their own families. I will add additional strands to mother's bracelets at a future date for cost only, as my congratulations on the new addition to your family!

What makes you unique as a woman?Hmmm...I guess we're all unique. I'm a good loyal friend, I feel. I don't take that for granted, friends. I'm blessed to have so many.


What do you love about Kids?
Their sense of humor and ability to not take life so seriously - they live in the moment

I am Melissa and I rock! (I also need a vacation, or at the very least, a nice long *uninterrupted* bubble bath)

Mostly jewelry - necklaces, bracelets, earrings. I have started listing some crocheted items as well - afghans, kitchen items, scarves

Mostly women and girls, although I am working on some blankets and scarves for boys and men

What do you like about Etsy?
Its a place for crafters to come together and promote themselves and each other, it makes it easy to shop for unique handmade items. I also love that I can have my own store without having to create my own website - its very easy to sell and share your store address

What do you like about creating?
I love to make things, I picture the finished product in my head and get a great sense of accomplishment once I complete the product. I also love being able to change the goal as I go along it what I originally started out to make just isn't looking right.

What do you love about your business?
I love being in control. I can decide what I want to make and just let my creativity take me wherever it wants to.

This is tough! I love all the things I list. I have a set of glass beaded bracelets with toggle clasps that I almost kept!

I have quality jewelry that is affordable enough that you can buy something to match every outfit you own

My interests and activities span the spectrum - I am an environmental engineer by day, a crafter by night and a mommy and a wife 24/7.

What do you love about Kids?
Their excitement! Everything is new, fresh and fun when you are a kid, its something that I wish we could keep with us forever. When life stops being fresh and fun, that is when we get old.

I would have to say the "Faith, Hope and Love Mirrors" I love creating simple elegance that makes a statement.

My style and my originality. Also the fact that I don't keep to one type of product. I am all over the place!

What makes you unique as a woman?
While I was interning at Disney World I learned that it was ok to be youself and to respect others for the same. Sometimes I think people find it easier to hate then to understand the differences that make someone unique. I try to find the similarities that will make us friends.

I love the fact that even though my son doesn't talk yet he can still tell me he loves me!
