What’s your store name and how long have you been an Etsymom?My store’s name is NoniBam.
Noni is how Roni (my 3 yo daughter) used to say “Roni” when she was 2 yo.
Bam is how she used to say “Gam” which means “also / too” in Hebrew.
So NoniBam is actually “Me Too” in Roni’s language when she was 2.
When I was looking for a catchy name to the shop, this one came to my mind, thinking it will always remind me of her and put a smile on my face
I’ve been an Etsymom since (I think) the beginning of February 2010. I love meeting people from all over the world, and it is funny that we have so much in common despite the fact that we ARE from such different places…
Tell us more about your store items and why you love making them?
Like so many other crafters, I’ve been making jewelry ever since I can remember myself. I fell in love with beads when I worked in a bead shop. I love the colors and the color combinations. I love the different textures. I love the endless possibilities. I love starting an item without always knowing where it will end.I also started working with colored copper wire about 6 months ago. Again, I love the strong dominant colors and I love the flexibility of the wire which allows you to make so many cool things.
I started the Wine Glass Charms line when I first came across this simple yet clever concept. I thought it was such a clever idea. I developed my own interpretation to this concept using the wires and I love the result. On Christmas customers bought it to add to a bottle of wine as a gift for the hostess. I hope it will go as well towards Easter / Passover…What is one thing you want everyone to know about you?
That I’m a good person. What you see is what you get. No politics, no fake.I celebrate Passover. My favorite thing is being off work… ;-)
