Welcome Spring Giveaway #2 - Coaster Creations (Closed)

Our last giveaway featured beautifully handpainted wine glasses and this giveaway is all about coasters! Our feature etsymom is Michelle, the designer/creator/owner of Coaster Creations. Not only does she has beautiful art on her coasters, she also has offer monogram coaster that can be customized too! Below, Michelle will let us know more about where she gets her inspiration and more!

What’s your store name and how long have you been an Etsymom?

My store name is Coaster Creations (http://coastercreator.etsy.com/) and I have been an Etsymom for less than a month. One of the best decisions I made for my business…..

Tell us something about you, your family, your craft or your store?

I never thought I would end up doing anything creative or artsy. I am a CPA and software consultant by trade and veered into “creative land” when my youngest started full day school. What started as a hobby turned into a viable business that I am having so much fun growing. Ironically, I have my MBA in Entrepreneurship and always thought I would be supporting the business owner – not BEING the business owner.

Where do you get your inspirations?

I am inspired by color, things I see in nature, current design trends – anything that catches my eye and that I think would look good on a tile coaster…..

What is the first thing you think of when someone said “Spring”?

Tulips!

Give us some ideas on how to have the most family fun during Spring?

Take advantage of all that is Spring – Easter Egg Hunts, color easter eggs, explore local gardens, walk outside in the rain, and get in shape for bathing suit season.
